Residents Blake A. Fulks, MD Blake A. Fulks, MD Blake Fulks, MD, was born and raised in Gosnell, Arkansas. He received his bachelor’s degree in Biology and Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Arkansas Honors College and his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife, Genevieve, their two cats, Ernest and Rob, playing bass guitar, canoeing, video games, attending live music events and traveling.
