When you need convenient, affordable care for minor illnesses and injuries, visit one of our walk-in clinic locations.

Services include treatment for minor illness and injuries, including colds, sinus infections, flu and minor abrasions. Pre-participation physicals, some vaccinations and basic diagnostic tests are among the services available. Our clinics are staffed by board-certified CoxHealth nurse practitioners. No appointment is necessary, but you can schedule an appointment if you’re a registered CoxHealth Express patient portal user, or save your spot in line with CoxHealth's Save My Spot service.

Cash, check, credit or debit card and insurance are acceptable forms of payment. Be sure to bring a photo ID and insurance card, if applicable, to your appointment.

Treatment of Common Illnesses: 
$100 - $130
Common cold, congestion, earache, upset stomach, sinus infection, seasonal allergies, flu, minor skin irritations/rashes, pink eye and stye, cold sores and abrasions, ear wax removal, urinary tract infections, sore/strep throat.

Diagnostic Testing: 
TB $50
Pregnancy $25
Flu test (seasonal) $70 (Independence location only)

Vaccinations:
Flu (seasonal) $25
Tetanus $70
Meningococcal $150 (Independence, Campbell and Hy-Vee locations only)

Pre-Participation Physical: $25
