CoxHealth is excited to offer online teletherapy services, allowing patients to receive therapy from the comfort of home. Teletherapy is an easy, secure way to connect virtually with a provider using a computer or mobile device. Virtual appointments are provided by the same credentialed therapists you would work with during in-person visits, allowing for consistency in care.

Getting Started with Teletherapy
To get started, you must have:
- A computer or mobile device, like a smart phone or tablet, with video and audio capabilities
- Internet connection
- Dedicated space for therapy (if applicable)
- Referral from a health care provider
New patients will begin therapy with an evaluation to discuss their plan of care, what items can be used for therapy and the benefit of family involvement.
