CoxHealth is committed to offering convenient, streamlined resources to help you manage your health. Whether you use our CoxHealth Express patient portal or your own health management app, we want to make it easy for you to access your health information when you need it. We offer the ability for you to securely connect your health records to some of the health management apps you may use, including Apple Health Records. This connection provides you with access to your health and wellness data in an app of your choosing.

How to Connect Your Apple Health App
CoxHealth participated in a beta release of the iOS 11.3 version of Apple Health's app, which includes a new feature allowing members to connect their CoxHealth Express patient portal to the Apple Health app. CoxHealth patients can access health records on the app by following these steps:
- Install the latest release of iOS
- Go to the Apple Health app and click the "Health Data" icon
- Select "Health Records"
- Search for CoxHealth to add your account
- Log in using your CoxHealth Express information (the same user name and password you use for your CoxHealth Express patient portal)
If you receive care at from other providers listed, you can add those providers as well.
