SPECIAL DELIVERY MATERNITY PROGRAM

More than 4,000 babies are born each year at Cox South, so you can trust our Special Delivery Maternity Program to help you prepare for a healthy pregnancy.

OSTEOPOROSIS CLINIC

Osteoporosis is a silent disease, often showing no symptoms until you break a bone. The best treatment for this disease is prevention and early detection. In The Women's Center's Osteoporosis Clinic, we offer simple, inexpensive bone density screenings, as well as full diagnostic bone density testing and education about osteoporosis.

BREAST CARE CLINIC

The Breast Care Clinic, located inside Hulston Cancer Center, offers a full range of breast health services, including screening and diagnostic mammography, breast biopsy, breast prostheses and mastectomy bras, instruction in breast self-exam, support group resources and annual awareness events.

MINIMALLY INVASIVE SURGERY

The CoxHealth gynecologic oncology program includes a surgical team using the latest robotic surgical methods. Benefits of minimally invasive surgery include smaller incisions, less pain and blood loss, reduced risk of infection and scarring, shorter hospital stays -- plus a quicker return to work and to life.

HEALTH EDUCATION & RESOURCES

The Women's Center offers community education programs and other helpful resources on a wide variety of health topics: parenting, nutrition, issues in adolescence, women's wellness, complementary/alternative medicine, women and heart disease, menopause and many others.
