 Center for Addictions
The Center for Addictions is a hospital-based treatment center that provides quality care and programs for those whose lives have been affected by addictive disease.
Inpatient Care
CoxHealth Inpatient Psychiatry is dedicated to the treatment of acute mental health disorders. Located at Cox North, the inpatient services of CoxHealth are designed to treat patients from the age of 5 through the life span.
Outpatient Care
CoxHealth has arranged with Burrell Behavioral Health for outpatient mental health services. Burrell Behavioral Health is a provider of outpatient psychiatry and behavioral health services for any CoxHealth commercial payor contract, including Medicare and Medicaid managed care plans. CoxHealth Psychological Services provides limited outpatient behavioral health services.
Psychological Services
At CoxHealth Psychological Services, licensed psychologists and counselors provide inpatient and outpatient services. They provide services for behavioral health issues, coping with health conditions or illnesses, dementia, psychological disorders and trauma.
