City Utilities

Welcome to CoxHealth, City Utilities.

This enrollment season, you have more choices than ever before, including the freedom to choose CoxHealth. Convenient services like eCare, plus Save My Spot for Urgent Care and Walk-In Clinics, are only a click or a phone call away. This is health care on your terms.

Wondering what to do next? Here's how to get started.

Get established with a primary care provider. Someone who knows your medical history can help you prevent health problems before they become serious.

For help finding a physician, call us at 417-269-INFO. If you need to see a provider prior to your new patient appointment (i.e.: to get a refill on monthly blood pressure or diabetes medicine) please let us know.

Helpful Resources

  • Primary Care

Your primary care provider (PCP) is your prevention partner and your first stop for medical care. PCPs are also known as primary care physicians, family doctors, general physicians or family medicine doctors.

  • Virtual Visits on Demand

Get Virtual Visits on Demand when you need care now, or schedule a Virtual Visit for Primary & Specialty Care.

  • Walk-In Clinics

Visit one of our walk-in clinics to get convenient, affordable care. At our walk-in clinics, our board-certified CoxHealth nurse practitioners treat minor illnesses and injuries, including colds, sinus infections and minor abrasions.

  • Urgent Care

With wide-ranging services, including advanced laboratories and diagnostic imaging technology at certain locations, there's no need to go from place to place to complete your care. Our board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners and specially-trained support team staff our facilities.

Quality and Excellence

Dedication to quality and excellence gets noticed. We are proud of the awards and accreditations that reflect that commitment. But what matters most is what they mean for our patients, because your health is our top priority.
