These terms and conditions apply to SMS text messages sent by CoxHealth. You consent to receive communications from CoxHealth on any mobile device that corresponds to the telephone number(s) you provided on your application or as part of the employment process. When you sign up for text messages from CoxHealth, you are signing up to receive text messages in order to process your job application, provide updates, let you know about future job opportunities, or for employment-related purposes if you are offered employment with CoxHealth. You agree that such communications may be automated, autodialed or via other means as determined by CoxHealth and are not considered compensable time. Such communications are offered as a convenience to you and your consent is not required as a condition of your employment.
We will send a text message to the number provided on your application, or as part of the employment process, to confirm your signup. You may withdraw your consent to text messages at any time by replying “STOP” or to other types of messages by following the instructions in the communication. Your opt-out request will generate one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the short code you opted out from, meaning you are opting out of SMS messages from the entire CoxHealth system. If you want to join again, text “START”. You agree to immediately notify CoxHealth if you change your telephone number(s).

CoxHealth is not responsible for any delays upon sending or receiving text messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. CoxHealth does not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do permit sharing information to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
