Our Mission

We believe our patients and families are essential to creating a great patient experience. So, we invite you to join the Child and Family Advisory Council (CFAC). CFAC is a volunteer panel committed to improving CoxHealth. Volunteers, called Patient and Family Advisors, meet monthly to discuss ways to make CoxHealth better.

Your Voice Matters

At CFAC, Patient and Family Advisors visit with members of our pediatric team to share their:

First-hand experiences
Ideas for changes
Opinions and views

Working together, we can create patient care with the highest standards of safety, compassion, respect, and integrity. CFAC is a chance to use your voice to improve hospital processes and patient and family experiences, helping us be the best for those who need us.
