  • Clinical Ladder up to $1.00 per hour

Job Summary

Has a detailed working knowledge of department functions and is responsible for completing work assignments in the sterile process department.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Required: Graduate from School of Surgical Technology OR High School diploma or equivalent AND Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD)

Experience

  • No prior experience required

Skills

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Working knowledge of computers
  • Ability to organize instrument sets
  • Able to pass a written proficiency review.
  • Organized and self-motivated with an attention to detail.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

  • Preferred: CRCST or CBSPD (Required if no Surgical Technology Degree)
