Our team works with both clinical and non-clinical employees to ensure they meet health and safety standards from hire through retirement. We manage pre-employment screenings, coordinate vaccines and annual testing, respond to on-the-job injuries and exposures. We also provide guidance during outbreaks and public health emergencies.

Job Summary

The Clinic nurse assesses employee health needs related to workplace immunity and vaccinations and manages any blood or communicable disease exposures. The nurse develops and implements protocols and care plans and maintains medical records related to employee health.

Job Requirements

• Education

• • Required: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

• Experience

• • Preferred: Previous nursing experience and phlebotomy skills

• Skills

• • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

• • Proficient computer skills

  • Exhibits valuable time management skills

  • Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills

  • Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment

• Licensure/Certification/Registration

  • LPN license active in the state of Missouri

  • BLS must be obtained within 90 days
