  • $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Job Summary

  • The pediatric registered nurse provides care to infants, children, and adolescents. The pediatric nurse is responsible to assess, plan and provide nursing care for children who are suffering from a wide variety of conditions including diseases, illnesses, and recovery from procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Education

    • Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program

    • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

  • Experience

    • Required: Minimum of 1 year inpatient pediatric or PICU experience

  • Skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Demonstrate effective leadership abilities

    • Exhibits valuable time management skills

    • Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills.

    • Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.

  • Licensure/Certification/Registration

    • Required: RN license active in the state of Missouri

    • Required: BLS must be obtained within 90 days

    • Must obtain PALS within one year of hire
