Job Summary
  • Has a basic working knowledge of all office functions and assumes responsibility and accountability for specific aspects of patient and family needs pertaining to their arrival in the Surgery Waiting Room, physician’s help with family location, record keeping, client requirements, patient identification and family information. Maintain tidiness of visual and function of Surgery Waiting area. Completes work assignments pertaining to general behaviors listed below.
Job Requirements
  • Education
    • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience
    • Required: One year previous customer service experience
  • Skills
    • Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
    • Has attention to details
    • Moderate computer proficiency
    • Must be able to handle stress of multi-task demands of high volume area, with extreme accuracy and confidentially.
