Job Summary
  • The EMS Stock Tech position restocks, fuels and cleans ambulances while they are not in use assuring all needed stock and supplies are at levels according to standard facilitating the shift change function and allowing ambulance crews to spend their time in the unit available to respond to calls as they occur.
Job Requirements
  • Education
    • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience
    • Preferred: Experience in vehicle detailing and/or supply restock
  • Skills
    • Working knowledge required stock levels according to established standards
    • Working knowledge of equipment and supplies used in the EMS system
    • Working knowledge processes for checking equipment functionality
    • Utilizes Lawson ordering system
    • Qualified to drive fleet vehicles to maintenance, transport stock and supply between stations.
    • Working knowledge of oxygen trans-fill system.
    • Working knowledge of glucometer download system.
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration
    • Required: Missouri Drivers license
