This position is responsible for greeting individuals, providing directions, offering assistance, and ensuring compliance with CoxHealth entry protocols.

- Customer service experience is preferred, ideally in healthcare, hospitality, or retail.

- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or high-stress situations.
