CoxWorks Rubric

Purpose: This rubric establishes a standardized framework for evaluating scholarly and professional materials submitted for inclusion in CoxWorks. The total rubric score will serve as the primary basis for determining whether a submitted work is accepted into the repository. Materials must meet the established minimum score and applicable eligibility requirements to be considered for acceptance.

Library Services reserves the right to request additional information, clarification, or documentation before making a final determination. The Library Services team will make the final decision regarding acceptance, taking into consideration the rubric score, eligibility requirements, and the overall suitability of the work for inclusion in CoxWorks.
