NOTICE: Upcoming Changes to Library Resources
What Is Changing
As of January 1, CoxHealth Library Services will discontinue subscriptions to the following resources:
- EBSCO CINAHL
- EBSCO/Ovid MEDLINE
- Health Business Elite
- Lippincott (Ovid) Journals - does not include Lippincott Procedures, Lexidrug, or UpToDate
- OpenAthens single sign-on
What is Not Changing
Access to an internally curated collection of full-text journals, and online books will be available via IP recognition on the CoxHealth network. Directions for access outside of the network are available on the Library Web Site. Requests for journal articles and literature searches will continue to be fulfilled by submitting the respective online form, or by emailing Library@coxhealth.com.
Library Services remains committed to delivering high-quality, clinically relevant information to support evidence-based practice, research, and education across CoxHealth.

See Access Library Resources Outside of CoxHealth (must be on the Cox network to access), or email Library Services for the current login. Requests received from a personal email address will only be emailed to the requestor's Cox address.

CINAHL (Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature) indexes the top nursing and allied health literature.

Medline
MEDLINE contains journal citations and abstracts for biomedical literature from around the world.

Health Business Elite
Health Business Elite provides comprehensive journal content detailing all aspects of health care administration and other non-clinical aspects of health care institution management.

PubMed@CoxHealth
PubMed® is the National Library of Medicine’s® (NLM) free, searchable bibliographic database supporting scientific and medical research. It contains more than 37 million citations and abstracts of biomedical and life sciences literature.

PubMed Central (PMC)
PMC is a full text archive that includes articles from journals reviewed and selected by the National Library of Medicine for archiving (current and historical), as well as individual articles collected to provide access to the results of publicly funded scientific research.
