CoxHealth Services eCare Get Started Online care for common health conditions and minor illnessesSome illnesses are straightforward, and you need the care to match. CoxHealth eCare lets you connect with a provider through an online questionnaire, available any time of the day or night. Providers are on duty to review and respond from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday – Friday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekends. They will review your symptoms and provide a treatment plan involving care instruction and medication as needed—no phone calls or video chats—for only $25. Prescriptions will be sent to your pharmacy of choice, and a doctor's note can be provided if you need one.eCare is not for emergencies. If you are having a medical emergency, please call 911. If your condition requires more urgent medical care than eCare offers, we'll direct you to the right care location. How to get started If you're seeking medical treatment for yourself If you have been a patient at CoxHealth through any of our facilities or previous virtual care visits, you can access eCare directly or through your patient portal account. If you haven't been a patient at CoxHealth, please call 417-269-8633 to register before your eCare visit. If you're a guardian seeking medical treatment for a minor Children 17 and under must have an active portal account linked through your portal account. You can quickly set up or confirm their portal account by calling 417-269-8633. Please do not submit an eCare questionnaire on behalf of your child or anyone else under your personal information. How it worksYou will answer multiple-choice questions through a 10-minute online questionnaire.A CoxHealth provider will review your responses and send a link to your care instructions via text or email within a couple of hours during open hours.Questionnaires completed during off hours will be addressed the next day. Heavy patient volumes may affect response times.If a prescription is provided, you can pick it up at the pharmacy of your choice.Patients must be at least two years old and located in Missouri at the time of care.eCare is for non-emergent, common health conditions and minor illnesses.Visits are $25, payable by debit or credit card at the time of service.
