Create your MyChart account today so you’re ready to manage your care online. While most features won’t be available until Mar. 1, signing up now makes it easy to get started right away. With CoxHealth MyChart, you will be able to:

  • Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments
  • Review lab results, test results, and immunizations
  • Message securely with your care team
  • View medications and request refills
  • Manage accounts for children or adult family members
  • Use Symptom Checker to find immediate care
  • Start a virtual visit with your provider

Getting Started

Create Your Account

  1. Go to the MyChart sign-up page.
  2. Enter your activation code (sent via email, billing statement, or text message) or select Self Sign-Up.
  3. Follow the prompts to verify your identity.
  4. Create your username and password.
  5. Log in and start using MyChart.
  6. Text "START" to 50464 from your mobile phone to get MyChart reminders by text.
