Instructions for Getting Started

Before your first Virtual Visits On Demand appointment, you MUST download the VidyoConnect app and then come back to this page to start your visit.

Virtual Visits On Demand uses the VidyoConnect videoconferencing app for your secure online health care visit. Before you can begin your first visit, you'll need to install this app on your computer, smartphone or other mobile device.

*After you download the app, close the app and come back to this page to start your visit. Please have your insurance card ready.

Instructions

1. Download the VidyoConnect app (see the links above).
2. Start your visit and select that you are in the state of Missouri.
3. Enter the plan code from your employer if you have one, or enter "INS" if you do not have an employer plan code and would like to bill your insurance company. Check the box stating you do not have a plan code if you would like to pay out-of-pocket.
4. Complete the registration form.
