CoxHealth's Trauma Simulation program brings a live-action emergency scenario into your workplace, such as an injury, medical event, or other crisis, so your staff can practice first aid, follow your safety protocols, and coordinate with emergency services in real time. It's a hands-on way to evaluate your team's emergency preparedness and identify where additional training could help.

What to Expect

Every simulation is built around your organization's environment, industry, and goals. Our trauma safety team works with you to design a scenario, run the simulation on-site, and provide feedback your team can act on. We've partnered with manufacturing facilities, schools, offices, and other organizations across the Ozarks to bring realistic, high-stakes training to their teams.
