I chose CoxHealth Family Medicine Residency because it immediately felt like home. The environment was welcoming and joyful, with amazing faculty and attendings. I noticed that the residency was focused on personal growth for the residents, helping each individual resident meet their professional goals while also being centered on allowing time for individual connections within the residency, relationships with patients, and outside hobbies. This residency fosters a fun and encouraging environment which I am so glad to be a part of.

I chose CoxHealth because I immediately felt like I belonged. I was welcomed into a safe and fun learning environment by both residents and faculty when I rotated here as a medical student, and CoxHealth was the marker that I used to compare every other program where I interviewed. The broad training that I am receiving goes above and beyond what I will need to succeed in my chosen slice of family medicine, and I am so lucky to be able to learn from such amazing mentors.
