Nathan Garlow, MD

Hello! My name is Nathan Garlow, and I grew up in Salina, Kansas. I completed my undergraduate degree in biochemistry at the University of Kansas, then attended the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Prior to medical school, I lived in the Philippines for three years, an experience that continues to shape my perspective on culture and community and ultimately led me to find my home in family medicine. 

During my training, I developed a strong appreciation for full-spectrum family medicine, with relationships at the center of patient care. I was especially drawn to CoxHealth because of its emphasis on relationship-centered, comprehensive training, and I knew it would be a great place to continue my growth as a physician. My clinical interests include procedures and international medicine. 

Outside of medicine, I enjoy playing pickleball, staying active, and exploring coffee shops and local restaurants around Springfield.  I also enjoy traveling and trying new hobbies.
