Residents Jacob Bolt, MD Jacob Bolt, MD I was raised in Mountain Home, Arkansas, and grew up loving athletics and outdoor activities. I have always been a proud Razorback, and I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. I attended medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.Growing up in rural Arkansas I had the opportunity to see full-spectrum family practice firsthand and the profound influence these physicians had on the people in the community. I enjoy the diversity that family medicine provides and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients. Cox was at the top of my list after I completed a fourth-year rotation with the program. The attending physicians, residents and administrative staff were supportive and passionate about teaching and patient care.I met my wife, Sarah, at the University of Arkansas, and we got married the summer before I started medical school. We spend most of our time outdoors, with family or with our two bulldogs watching our favorite TV shows. Outside of work and spending time with family, I enjoy deer and turkey hunting.
