At our walk-in clinics, our board-certified CoxHealth nurse practitioners treat minor illnesses and injuries, including colds, sinus infections and minor abrasions. We also provide sports physicals, some vaccinations* and basic diagnostic tests. You'll find a full list of our services below.
No appointment is necessary. Use On My Way tell us you’re headed to a walk-in clinic. We’ll hold your place.
*Flu and COVID-19 vaccines are not available in our walk-in clinics.

Cash, check, credit or debit card and insurance are acceptable forms of payment. If applicable, be sure to bring a photo ID and insurance card to your appointment.
For sports and pre-participation physicals, we have a standard form or accept the following forms:

- Missouri daycare/preschool
- Missouri childcare/daycare provider
- Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA)
