Cox Medical Center Branson offers Beyond Coping classes

Cox Medical Center Branson will host Beyond Coping, a three-session class that teaches how to cope with feelings of stress, anxiety and depression.

All classes are held on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the Cedar Room, which is located on the fifth floor of the Cox Medical Center Branson Outpatient Center.

The first class is Oct. 11 and teaches how to recognize stress and the role of stress. On Oct. 18, participants will learn coping skills for dealing with stress. The final class, Oct. 25, teaches positive psychology and what happy people have in common.
