Referral Bonus Program

At CoxHealth, great people know great people — and now referring your friends and family is easier than ever. Employees can submit referrals directly through the Jobs Hub in Workday, and when your eligible referral candidate joins CoxHealth and reaches their 90-day milestone, you’ll receive a referral bonus. It’s our way of saying thank you for helping us build a strong, talented team.

Program process

How to refer a candidate:

1. Go to My Referral Activity — Workday
2. Click “Refer a Candidate.”
3. Enter your candidate’s information in the referral form.
4. Submit the referral and watch your numbers grow.
5. When your referral joins CoxHealth and reaches their 90-day milestone, you’ll receive a referral bonus.
6. If you need help with referrals in Workday, create a Workday help ticket or email hr-recruitment@coxhealth.com.

Eligibility

• Eligibility is reviewed by Recruitment at the time of referral and candidate application submission.
• The referring employee must be a CoxHealth employee at both the time of referral and during both payouts.
• The referred applicant cannot have worked at CoxHealth within the past six months.
• The referred applicant cannot already be an active applicant at the time the referral is submitted.
• Referrals are considered active for 30 days. If the referred applicant does not apply within this timeframe, a new referral must be submitted.
• The referred applicant must be taking a position with CoxHealth that is at least a 0.50 FTE or above.

Ineligible candidates

• Director level and above individuals
• Leaders within the referred applicant’s department
• Anyone involved in the hiring or interview process for the referred applicant’s department
• Any HR personnel
• APPs and Physicians
• Temporary, seasonal, and contract employees
