The Patient and Family Advisory Council partners with patients, family members, caregivers, and care team members. Together, we work to improve the quality, safety, and experience of care.

Council members share their own experiences and perspectives. This feedback helps us find better solutions, guide our decisions, and keep the patient and family voice at the center of our work.

Council members serve in an advisory role to:

  • Support patient- and family-centered care initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the patient and family experience.
  • Provide feedback on programs, services, policies, and healthcare environments.
  • Share ideas and best practices that may benefit patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Represent the patient and family perspective in discussions and improvement efforts.
  • Promote meaningful patient and family engagement throughout the organization.
