Digital Communities Group
Want to help improve care at CoxHealth? Join the Digital Communities Group and share your feedback through surveys, polls, and discussions. It's a simple way to make your voice heard.
What is the Digital Communities Group?
We started the CoxHealth Digital Communities Group in 2025 because we wanted an easy way to hear from you. It's a simple way to share your voice through surveys, discussion boards, polls, and virtual activities.
Tell us about your care experience, good or bad. Your feedback helps us catch problems early, test new ideas, and make better decisions about your care.
Why it matters
We're building a community of patients, family members, and caregivers that reflects the people we serve. The more voices we hear, the more our feedback reflects a wide range of experiences and perspectives. Whether you're a current or former patient, a family member, a caregiver, or just someone who cares about our community, you're welcome here. Join us and help improve health care at CoxHealth, one story at a time.

How this connects to our Patient and Family Advisory Council
The Digital Communities Group works alongside our Patient and Family Advisory Council. It offers a flexible way for more patients and families to get involved. Council membership is limited, but Digital Communities welcomes broader participation. It also helps us find people who may want to join a committee or advisory council later on.
When we need real perspectives, we'll ask you first. Join today and add your voice.
