Today, we flash back to our most recent Innovation Accelerator, which guides teams through a day of brainstorming and ideation, culminating in “Shark Tank”-style project presentations in front of key leaders. We brought together dozens of colleagues in our Change Advocate Network for a day of thinking big about our future.

This year’s task: Develop plans for celebrating milestone accomplishments, like the upcoming go-lives of Workday and Epic, major software projects launching throughout our health system.

Thanks to our change advocates and engaged leaders who worked through the best ways to recognize our teams. We look forward to the fruits of their labor as we plan our Epic and Workday launch.
