Child Life 101

CoxHealth Child Life Department’s Child Life 101 will be held on February 11th, in person, from 8:00am - 10:30am in Cafeteria C.

Please fill out the application below. All applicants must also send a non-refundable $30 fee paid to https://www.coxhealthcmn.com/get-involved/donate-online/ to complete the registration.

Once application and payment to Children's Miracle Network have been received, a confirmation email will be sent. All proceeds will benefit Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
