Athletic Advantage Performance Camps are designed for young athletes in grades 5 - 12 who want to improve their athletic performance and learn how to get more from their year-round workouts. 

Our summer sports camps emphasize footwork, proper running, lifting techniques, cardio and having fun. Our certified athletic trainers work on complete body strength training while improving your child’s overall athleticism. 

Camps are typically held each July in Springfield and in Monett. Check back for dates and registration information.
