Need more motivation during your workout? Our fitness staff can help you train, and can develop programs for your sport-specific goals, health concerns, post-rehab/therapy, obesity, post-pregnancy or general fitness. 

One-on-one personal training areas of interest include: 

  • general fitness 
  • strength training 
  • aquatic 
  • mind/body 
  • weight loss 
  • running 
  • cycling 
  • post rehab/disease management. 

Each personal training session lasts 55 minutes. Fees are $45 for members and $55 for non-members. CoxHealth Fitness Centers members can save even more with personal training packages. Package pricing may not apply to all personal trainers.

Basic Package

Three personal training sessions 

Cost: $120 (save $15) 

Premium Package

Ten personal training sessions 

Cost: $350 (save $150) 

Group training rates are available for up to four people. 

Express Personal Training

If you’re pressed for time, Express Personal Training is for you. Get a quick workout in 25 minutes, led by a fitness services, group exercise or aquatics staff member. Each Express Personal Training session lasts 25 minutes. Fees are $30 for members, $35 for non-members. 

Express Personal Training packages are available to our members.
