Group Exercise Classes
Our group exercise classes offer you a fun, safe way to add interest and variety to your workout routine. From a range of land exercises, to aquatics and a full menu of mind/body experiences, we have something for everyone. Check out links to our class descriptions, below, and choose the one that’s right for you.
Classes run in 8-week sessions; some may require members and guests to register to reserve their spot. Occasionally class sessions are shortened due to holidays. Paid classes are $25 for members and $65 for non-members for each 8-week session, unless otherwise noted. Members may register for a paid class at any CoxHealth Fitness Centers location for the member price.
CoxHealth Fitness Centers will be open as scheduled except during extreme inclement weather conditions. Management will determine if conditions warrant reduced hours or facility closings and if possible, notice will be posted on main entrance doors and a phone message will be updated to reflect these changes.

Activities for Kids
Personal Training (ages five and older)
Personalized training programs for all ages and fitness goals, from sports-specific to general fitness. Kids’ classes are offered at The Meyer Center; $25 members and $65 non-members. Not all classes are offered every session. Please check out current class schedule for more information.
Family Open Court and Open Swim
Children of all ages can use these areas if there are no other classes or bookings at the time. CoxHealth Fitness Center members are required to accompany their children, of any age, in the facility during family open Court or open swim times. Children under seven years of age (or non-swimmers) must have parental supervision in the pool.
Tiger Cub Taekwondo
For children five to eight years old, this class will teach the discipline of martial arts and help young students develop motor skills, self-control, focus, and learn to follow directions.
Saturdays and Sundays, 2-7 p.m., for children under 12. Direct parental supervision is required.
Youth Access Program
Children ages 12-15 must be supervised by parents while using CoxHealth Fitness Center facilities. Direct supervision is strongly recommended in the locker room, pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam room and free weight area, until your child has completed the Youth Access Program.
After completing fitness orientation, your child will have full access to the entire facility without a parent in the building. Fitness orientation will teach your child the importance of exercise and strength training, as well as how to exercise safely and effectively and to be aware of our facility guidelines. A parent or guardian signature is required.
Kids’ Club is our supervised babysitting program for children 18 months to 11 years old. Kids' Club is available in Republic and at The Meyer Center and is free with your CoxHealth Fitness Centers membership.
