Spin® This is an exciting, challenging, high-intensity workout in a fun atmosphere. You’ll learn cycling techniques to increase efficiency in pedal stroke and speed while improving your cardiovascular endurance and strength. Balance + BreathThis is a slower paced, low-impact workout, great for anyone looking to improve their balance. This workout incorporates breath work with static holds and dynamic balance moves, as well as core strengthening exercises. Great for beginners and chair modifications are available.Barre Fit Experience the world of motion to music and breath. This class joins the best of Pilates, yoga and ballet to strengthen the core, lengthen the body and tone the muscles in one body-burning, heart-racing, low-impact, 45-minute fusion class. No previous experience needed. All levels are welcome.Core and More This class focuses on working the core using weights, bands, balls and body weight. This class does involve getting on the floor.FITWarming up with low impact cardio, this is a strengthening and toning class for all levels of ability. Focusing on one muscle group at a time using dumbbells, barbells or bands.Lite YogaA safe, effective way to maintain an active lifestyle, improve your balance, and increase your muscular strength and range of movement through a variety of seated and standing yoga poses and stretches.Senior FitnessThis class is designed to help seniors maintain strength, flexibility and independence with a variety of standing and seated exercises. This class will promote easy to follow balance, posture, core and strength exercises using lightweight dumbbells, balls and resistance bands.Strength and StabilityThis class blends strength exercises with balance holds and involves no high impact or jumping moves.Weights w/Cardio A full-body weight routine with cardio intervals, this medium- to high-intensity class focuses on your core muscles (abs, obliques and lower back). Yoga This is an intermediate-level yoga class with modified poses for beginning students and more challenging poses for those who are advanced. The class incorporates core work to improve your overall strength and stability.
