About the Neuro-Ortho Trauma Unit

This unit is a Level 1 Stroke and Trauma Center and cares for general medical surgical patients, neurology patients, neurosurgical patients, orthopedic trauma patients and more. 

About the CV Observation Unit

This unit provides pre- and post-procedural nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization laboratory (CCL) and electrophysiology laboratory (EPL) procedures. The CV Observation Unit nurses care for patients who may need additional monitoring, diagnostic testing, therapy and assessment. They determine whether the patient requires further treatment as an inpatient, or is deemed medically stable for discharge.
