Our registered nurses are eligible to participate in our STAR Clinical Ladder and earn up to $5,000 more per year. What is the Pay It Forward program? Pay It Forward provides you a voucher covering the cost of your first certification exam. The program requires you complete an evidence-based research project, present that material to your peers and meet the requirements set by the certifying body for their specific certification type.
