To support a Magnet level of excellence, CoxHealth will provide up to $10,000 in tuition assistance for employed direct-care RNs and nurse leaders to obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BSN) through an approved program.
Participants must be full or half-time employees, have completed 90 days of employment with CoxHealth and have a consistent level of acceptable job performance and attendance. Participants in this program may also participate in CoxHealth’s Tuition Reimbursement program. RNs that leave the employment of CoxHealth within five (5) years of receiving tuition assistance payments will be required to reimburse CoxHealth in full for the amount of the payment.
