CoxHealth Child Life Department’s Child Life 201 will be held on April 16, 2025, in person, from 8:00am - 12:00pm.

Please fill out the application below or download the attached copy. All applicants must also send a non-refundable $30 fee paid to https://www.coxhealthcmn.com/get-involved/donate-online/ to complete the registration.

Registration deadline is February 23, 2025. Once application and payment to Children's Miracle Network have been received, a confirmation email will be sent. All proceeds will benefit Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
