The American Heart Association states that for 2019, when listed as the underlying cause of death, cardiovascular disease was accountable for 874,613 deaths in the United States (1, 2).

The CoxHealth Annual Heart and Vascular Summit delivers evolving evidence based principles for the best practice management of your cardiovascular patients. We bring together regional partners and engaged stakeholders to explore solutions for managing the rapid changes in healthcare with tips to help your practice achieve optimal success in the future. Join us as we examine current heart and vascular best practice recommendations, emerging technologies, and state of the art diagnostic and treatment modalities bridging the gap from Primary Care to Cardiovascular Specialty Care.

This conference is designed to meet the educational needs of Primary Care Providers, Interventional and General Cardiologists, Practice Managers, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners and others who care for patients with cardiovascular disease in an outpatient, hospital or clinical practice setting.

• Sign in at the registration desk. 
• Complete your online evaluation form each day (you have up to 1 week to complete)
• Attendance of entire day

Online evaluations and certificate of attendances:

• At the completion of your online evaluation your certificate of credit will be email to you in 1-2 weeks.
• Physicians will receive their certificate of attendance from Triesa Massey via email.
• Radiology certificates of attendance will be emailed by the Education Center after completion of your evaluation in approximately 1-2 weeks after you complete your evaluation.
