CoxHealth hospital celebrates 70th anniversary
Cox Medical Center Branson has served the community for 70 years, and this week they celebrated the milestone. President William Mahoney shared with those attending the anniversary event about the story of M.B. Skaggs, the businessman who encouraged community leaders to invest in the hospital, which opened in 1950. This article provides more detail about the Cox Branson’s history. New employee orientation class sets record
CoxHealth welcomed 122 new employees this week, the largest group of new employees ever at CoxHealth. After orientation, the employees started new jobs across the organization.
January charity focus on homelessness
CoxHealth employees are collecting socks, caps and other items for individuals facing homelessness in our community. The first delivery of more than 425 items was delivered this week to the East Sunshine Church of Christ Men’s Cold Weather Shelter.
