CoxHealth will be doing our part for local students by collecting backpacks and school supplies as part of the annual "Stuff the Bus" drive.

The bus will visit CoxHealth on Thursday, July 27, stopping at Cox South 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. and Cox North 3 p.m.-5 p.m.

Your donation of a backpack loaded with school supplies will help local students start the school year off right. Here's a list of supplies each backpack will need:

washable markers

scissors

1" binders

glue sticks

Kleenex

mechanical pencils

pocket folders

ink pens

crayons

school boxes

headphones / earbuds

composition books

For CoxHealth employees, pre-stuffed backpacks are available in 1906, the employee store, or at this link.

Missed the donation at CoxHealth? There's one more chance at area Walmart locations: 8 a.m.-noon on Saturday, July 29, in Springfield, Republic, Nixa and Ozark.
