FAQs

Who decides where my gift is used?

You do! You may designate where you would like your donation to be placed- to enhance a particular program/fund at Cox College or you may give an unrestricted gift, in which case it will go to wherever the College needs it the most.

Can I make my gift over a period of time?

YES, pledged gifts are gratefully accepted and the College will make it easy by sending you pledge reminders at your request.

Is my gift tax-deductible?

YES, the Cox College is a 501C (3) not for profit organization, making your gift fully tax-deductible as allowed by law.

Can I select the student I wish to receive my scholarship?

You may direct a gift to a particular student's tuition, however paying tuition is not considered a charitable gift. If you wish to establish a scholarship and work with the scholarship committee in the criteria and selection of eligible students, your gift will be tax-deductible.
