Cox College and Cottey College have an articulation agreement for Cottey students to enter the BSN program upon graduation. Cottey College is a two-year independent, residential, liberal arts and sciences college for women. The college is located in Nevada, Missouri approximately 100 miles south of Kansas City. It was founded in 1884 with the firm belief that women deserved the same quality of education as men.

Cox College and OTC signed an two agreements in 2009 that allow students to use their high school A+ funds to completed their Associate of Science at OTC and transfer into Cox College's BSN Accelerated program to graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. The second agreement is from OTC's Associates of Nursing students to bridge into the Bachelors of Science program at Cox College.

Many Cox College students have attended Ozark Technical Community College before registering for their degree program. OTC was founded in 1990, when Springfield residents and thirteen surrounding public school districts voted to establish a "community technical college." The college provides an open admission, two-year College with a focus on technical education. The main campus is located in Springfield, Missouri and has various locations in the state of Missouri.
