This is a structured program for adult women with or without previous training. Allows each participant to experience her own limits. Open to women (20's to 50 somethings). Stretching is emphasized with a variety of routines.
A former high level gymnast or USAG professional will present. No charge for this class but you will have an opportunity to enroll in other sessions that have tuition. Please check with your health care provider before beginning this program.
