For immediate release
Sept. 7, 2010
For the past fourteen years, The Women's Center and the CoxHealth Foundation have hosted the Ozarks Women's Links Golf Tournament to unite area women in the battle against breast cancer.
This year, they've added the Boys Against Breast Cancer Golf Tournament so men can show their support and help raise money for The Women's Center Breast Care Fund, too.
Both tournaments are Monday, Sept. 27, at Millwood Golf Course, 3700 E. Millwood Drive in Ozark. The men tee off at 8 a.m., ladies at 1 p.m. Both events are 18-hole, 4-person scramble events. The fee is $150 per person and includes greens fee, golf cart, lunch, awards, goody bags, appetizers, desserts and a cash bar after the tournament.
The Women's Center Breast Care Fund helps women in the Ozarks who are unable to pay for diagnostic mammography procedures. Help The Women's Center of CoxHealth continue its commitment to providing this care to those in need by participating in one of these events. For more information call 269-7150.
