Expectant Family Programs

Expectant Family programs offer something for everyone: Early Pregnancy, Prepared Childbirth (including accelerated and refresher classes), Breastfeeding Basics, BabySense, Fatherhood Basic Training, Siblings and Parents, As Your Child Grows (Baby Days, Toddler Times), Grandparenting and Special Delivery Tours.

Kids and Parents Programs

Kids and Parents Programs are designed to support families through all of life's changes. Classes include As Your Child Grows (Baby Days, Toddler Times), What's Happening to Me? A Mother/Daughter Dialogue, In Charge at Home: Self-Care Skills, Babysitting Basics and Parenting Strategies for the Real World.

Breastfeeding Resources

The Women's Center is proud to offer lactation services for women who desire to breastfeed. Our goal is to promote and enhance the breastfeeding experience with high quality services and products.

Mom's New Groove Supportive Education

Mom's New Groove is a series of classes (join whenever you're ready), supervised by women's health care professionals. A great opportunity to ask questions in an informal setting! Topics include making important adjustments in your life; managing stress; understanding your baby's needs; baby safety and CPR; relationship changes and finding the right type of child care.
