New Patients
New patient appointments are scheduled by calling 417/875-3246. We kindly ask first time patients to arrive 20-30 minutes early for completion of necessary paper work. We do not mail out pre-registration forms, as patient's signatures need to be witnessed.
New cosmetic patients
Cosmetic consultations are scheduled by calling 417/875-3246. Consults are is designed for patients to learn about the procedure or treatment they are requesting along with respective fees and estimated recovery time. After the surgeon has assessed your specific needs he will discuss options as well as the pros and cons of elective surgery, while answering your questions. The cosmetic consultation fee is $75 and due at the time of service.
HMO insurance and co-payments
Patients having an HMO insurance requiring a referral will be responsible for obtaining the referral from their primary care physician prior to the appointment. All insurance co-payments are due at the time of service.
Cosmetic surgery financing
Cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. A non-refundable deposit is required to schedule surgery, and surgeons fees are due 2 weeks prior to surgery. There are various payment options available for cosmetic surgeries. We accept MasterCard, VISA and Discover cards. The Village Bank and The Signature Banks of Springfield offer cosmetic surgery financing.
