For Men

CoxHealth offers care for the unique health issues that men face.

Erectile Problems

Erection problems can occur at any age and can be caused by physical injuries, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, atherosclerosis, nervous system problems or emotional issues. Treatments range from making lifestyle changes to medication or surgery.

Infertility

You may have fertility problems if you and your partner have not been able to conceive after trying for at least one year. Infertility may not mean that it is impossible to get pregnant. Often, couples conceive without help in their second year of trying. Some do not succeed, but medical treatments help many couples.

Prostate Cancer

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer, other than skin cancer, in men. Hulston Cancer Center offers several types of advanced treatment for prostate cancer, including permanent seed brachytherapy, high dose radiation brachytherapy and minimally invasive robotic surgery.

Urinary Incontinence

Urinary incontinence is the accidental release of urine. It's not a disease. It's a symptom of a problem with a man's urinary tract.

Here's a snapshot of the main health issues men are facing.

Let CoxHealth help you beat the odds. Make your annual health well check appointment with your physician today. Keep that appointment. And follow the recommendations from your health care provider about changes in diet, excercise, stress management and lifestyle.
