They include registered nurse educators, surgeons, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, registered mammography technologists, registered breast sonographers, plastic surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, physical therapists and professionals in behavioral health.
Services
Screening and diagnostic mammograms are performed by certified mammography technologists. Advanced diagnostic procedures include breast ultrasound, needle core biopsy guided by ultrasound, MRI and Mammotest®.
Consultations with a registered nurse are available by appointment, either on the phone or in person.
If you need mastectomy supplies or personal care items following surgery, our staff is ready to help.
We offer rehabilitative services for management of lymphedema. For details, please call 269-5500.
We can provide referrals for medical or surgical evaluations, individual or family counseling, support groups and other community resources. Support groups, including Reach (for women whose lives have been touched by breast cancer) meets on the second Thursday of every month at 7 p.m. in the Breast Care Clinic. We take a vigorous approach to the fight against breast cancer. A breast conference of multidisciplinary medical professionals meets weekly to discuss the very best treatment plans for individual patients.
